GMPTE have very kindly sent MCRUA some tickets for the following meetings (both are outside the “secure area”):

-          The future of rail in the north – our vision for travel and the economy.  Banqueting Suite, Manchester Town Hall, Monday 5 October, 5.45pm – 7pm.  Chair: Andy Crane, TV Presenter, Speakers: Stephen Hammond MP, Shadow Transport Minister, Edward Timpson MP, Crewe & Nantwich, Councillor Ian Macdonald, Vice Chairman, GMITA, and Paul Plummer, Director, Planning & Regulation, Network Rail
