They’d better not knock down the Altrincham footbridge or else I will be having several angry phonecalls.

There is nothing wrong with the present bridge and there is ground level disabled access already. It will destroy part of the beautiful canopy.

I shall be talking to English Heritage about this matter.

Has anyone else noticed the ‘park and ride’ sign, painted on the floor by the bus stop in Altrincham station’s car park, actually says ‘KISS and ride’?
