MCRUA member, Jim Harkins, FCILT, is Managing Director of consultancy Light Rail (UK) Limited. In January, Jim gave a presentation at Macclesfield Town Hall entitled “The Case for and Applications of TramTrain (a low cost, clean, sustainable mode) for Cheshire, Warrington & Merseyside”.
