		<description>At the recent adopters&#039; conference in Crewe, the point was made that people travelling early in the morning pay premium fares and are often frequent users, but get an inferior service when it comes to finding out what has happened to their train.

Customer Relations are the best people to ask, but they don&#039;t open until 0800.

Having station staff on duty early is obviously a step in the right direction.</description>
