The Manchester Evening News are currently running a questionnaire on public transport in Greater Manchester. The link is http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/news/transport/public_transport/s/1577800_take-part-in-our-survey-tell-us-what-you-think-about-the-state-of-public-transport

It says “The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and could help make a difference to the public transport services you receive.” I’m not sure how they will use the results though.
