Metrolink does not give value for money, say passengers ….

So says the article in the Manchester Evening News. The survey was carried out when Metrolink were going through a “less than good” patch. Metrolink Director, Peter Cushing makes his points well, including that Manchester system is rather more complex than the others it is compared with.
