Special Trains:

The Somerset Coast Express

Rail Tour hauled by Diesel Class 67, 67017 (Arrow) and 67029 (Royal Diamond) picking up at Altrincham - Shrewsbury, then via Bescot and Lickey incline.

The service included an option of steam travel from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard on the West Somerset Railway, rejoining the Rail Tour thereafter.

Over 390 passengers travelled on The Somerset Coast Express.
