The 8E Railway Assocation has been supporting local Railway Preservation since 1981.  It takes its name from the former British Railways steam shed code for Northwich (8E) and the group meets at the Gladstone Club, Northwich on a monthly basis - mainly for film and slide presentations. They are also the Friends Group for Northwich Railway Station.
